Grievance Redressal

How to raise a concern about how we handle your personal data, and what happens next.

Effective date: August 2026. This page explains how a Data Principal can raise a grievance about our handling of personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). It is written in plain language and will be reviewed by counsel; the current version is always published at this address.

The Grievance Officer

Under section 13 of the DPDP Act, a Data Fiduciary must give Data Principals a readily available means to raise grievances about the processing of their personal data or about a failure to respond to a request to exercise their rights. Quadora AI Technologies, Inc. acts as a Data Fiduciary for the data it processes, and has designated a Grievance Officer to receive and respond to these grievances. The Grievance Officer is your first point of contact and is responsible for resolving your grievance within the timeline set by law.

Grievance Officer

  • Name: [GRIEVANCE OFFICER NAME]
  • Email: [GRIEVANCE OFFICER EMAIL]
  • Response commitment: we will acknowledge and respond within 30 days.

Note: the name and email above are placeholders. PortKeysAI must fill in the actual Grievance Officer's name and a working contact email address before launch — the DPDP Act requires these details to be published and functional.

How to file a grievance

To raise a grievance, contact the Grievance Officer using the details above, and include:

  • your name and the email address associated with your data or account;
  • a clear description of your grievance — what happened and what data it concerns;
  • the right you were trying to exercise, if any (for example, access, correction, or erasure); and
  • the outcome you are seeking.

We will acknowledge your grievance, may ask you to verify your identity so we can act safely on your request, and will respond within 30 days. If we need more information to resolve the matter, we will tell you what we need and why. You can also start by using our contact form, which routes to the same team.

Escalation to the Data Protection Board of India

If you are not satisfied with the Grievance Officer's response, or if we do not respond within the required time, you may escalate your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India, the independent body established under the DPDP Act to hear complaints from Data Principals. You are expected to exhaust the grievance-redressal route with us before approaching the Board. The Board can inquire into the complaint and direct remedial measures. Details of how to approach the Board are published by the Board and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY); we will point you to the current process on request.
